Emily has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and knew teaching was part of her life's path immediately after taking her first class. Emily has named her classes and teaching style Tensegrity Flow Yoga, and focuses on good body mechanics and intelligent sequencing which opens the body, and mind, through progressively deeper techniques. She loves helping people discover their bodies as a tensegrity which transforms how the body moves and what good alignment both looks and feels like.
